Applications from individuals residing outside Jeddah will not be accepted or considered. ### About Venture Lab (VL) Venture Lab is a platform specialized in building and launching tech projects and companies based on artificial intelligence, AI agents, automation, and modern development tools; with the aim of transforming ideas into functional, scalable, and investable products and platforms. ### Required Skills and Experience • 🤖 **AI Agents:** Designing, building, and developing AI agents and Multi-Agent Systems. • 🧠 **Prompt Engineering:** Mastery of prompt engineering, designing advanced prompts, system and operational prompts, and optimizing AI model outputs. • **Vibe Coding:** Mastery of building applications and platforms using AI-powered coding tools, and rapidly and efficiently transforming ideas and requirements into working products. • 💻 **Full-Stack Development:** Mastery of front-end and back-end development, databases, and APIs. • 🔗 **AI Integration & Automation:** Connecting AI models with external tools and services, and building automated workflows. • 🏗 **Product Engineering:** Ability to transform business requirements into integrated technical solutions, and build, test, and launch Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). • 🚀 Ability to work with the mindset of a product engineer and tech entrepreneur, and contribute to building commercially scalable projects. ### Nature of Partnership and Compensation This opportunity is not a traditional monthly salary job, but rather a **technical partnership based on contributing to the building and development of Venture Lab and its ecosystem of tech projects and products**, in exchange for: • **Royalty:** An agreed-upon percentage of monthly revenue based on a clear contractual mechanism. • **Profit Sharing:** An agreed-upon percentage of profits based on an accounting definition and distribution mechanism specified in the agreement. Percentages, responsibilities, scope of contribution, calculation mechanisms for dues, and intellectual property rights will be determined by a clear partnership agreement between the two parties. ### Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for an engineer who possesses a blend of programming skill and the ability to leverage AI in product building, masters prompt engineering and Vibe Coding, can transition from idea to actual implementation, and is eager to participate in building a tech project ecosystem with growth and expansion opportunities.
