Conditions: * The registration must be eligible for bank financing. * Free from defaults, violations, and significant obligations. * Financial statements and budgets must be complete and regular. * The owner's approval to enter into a temporary partnership to ensure the financing is disbursed directly without waiting for the six-month period, with ownership transfer procedures to be completed according to the agreement. Mechanism of dealing: * No advance payments are required. * Payment for the registration will be made immediately upon disbursement of the financing amount. * All rights and obligations will be documented in a formal contract at a law firm. * Dealing directly with the owner of the registration or their legal representative only.
