Assistance in Uploading the Wage Protection File for One Month Price: 150 to 250 SAR. Includes reviewing, preparing, and uploading the file according to the platform's requirements. 4. Follow-up on Justifying Non-Compliance Notice Price: 200 to 400 SAR. Includes reviewing the reason for non-compliance, preparing the justification with supporting documents, and following up on the request according to available options. 5. Uploading and Following Up on a Technical Support Request Price: 200 to 400 SAR. Includes preparing, uploading, and following up on a technical support request when there is a platform issue. 6. Monthly Follow-up for Wage Protection Files Price: 400 to 800 SAR per month. Includes monthly file follow-up based on the number of employees, the number of required files, and the establishment's needs. 7. Establishments with Multiple Branches or Many Employees Price: To be determined after reviewing details. The price is determined based on the number of branches, employees, months, and files requiring follow-up. How to Request the Service: Please send a clear explanation of the case, the month to be reviewed, a screenshot of the notice on the Madad platform, and relevant supporting documents through the communication channels specified below, for us to study the request, identify any missing items, and assess feasibility. Important Notice: Please do not send passwords, verification codes, or login details. Requests will only be handled by the establishment owner or their officially authorized representative. Only the required documents should be sent, with non-essential data such as passwords, secret codes, and account numbers unrelated to the request being hidden. Final fees will be determined after reviewing the case and before starting, and the scope of work, duration, and cost will be clarified in writing.
