Tasks and Responsibilities: - Prepare and implement short-term and long-term marketing plans and strategies. - Follow up on the implementation of plans and lead the marketing team. - Oversee campaigns, improve their performance, and measure their results. - Develop content strategies, weekly posting schedules, and manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X). - Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales indicators, and prepare reports and recommendations. - Assist in managing marketing budgets and allocating them to achieve the best return on investment. - Assist in planning collaborations with influencers, marketing partnerships, exhibitions, and events. - Continuously monitor competitors, study the market, and identify new marketing opportunities. - Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure integrated efforts and achievement of goals. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing. - Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or Social Media Manager. - Experience in leading marketing teams. - High skills in planning, analysis, and decision-making. - Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
