I rented a grocery store in a neighborhood in Taif 6 months ago, with an electronic lease contract. I equipped the store and obtained the safety installations certificate, the cleanliness certificate, and all the requirements. But when completing the license issuance, the Municipality of North Taif Sub-district requested a building permit. Unfortunately, the building does not have a title deed or a building permit, and the opening of the store was stopped for this reason. I have borne the costs of preparation and rent, and every delay increases my losses.
