Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Managing and recording daily financial transactions, preparing and auditing accounting entries. - Preparing and following up on sales invoices, receipts, and expenses. - Performing periodic bank reconciliations and following up on supplier and customer accounts. - Assisting in the preparation of monthly and periodic financial statements and reports. - Managing tax files and following up on Value Added Tax (VAT) returns in accordance with regulations and laws. Qualifications and Requirements: - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in (Accounting/Finance) or equivalent. - Experience: Not less than (1-3 years) of experience in accounting within companies. - Technical Skills: - Full familiarity with accounting software and cloud systems (ERP Systems). - Advanced proficiency in using Excel for financial analysis and preparation. - Strong knowledge of accounting laws and tax regulations in the Kingdom. - Personal Skills: High accuracy, organization, and the ability to responsibly manage financial data with integrity and confidentiality.
