Order Preparation: Served on the dining table as follows: The lamb is prepared, marinated, and grilled at the client's location. 4 hours before the serving time specified by the client, grilling begins. Requires a space of 3x3 meters at your location. Lamb liver is cooked in its own fat with the special "Shahra" sauce, and rice is cooked in lamb fat. Rice Types: Two types of rice are available: Abu Kass or Al-Waleema. Cooking style: Mandi with saffron sprinkle. "Shahra" topping.
