A cost accountant is required to work in a single-branch restaurant. The work is comfortable and a private room is provided. Experience is required in the following tasks and responsibilities: ● Recording and reviewing all daily revenues and expenses. ● Following up on daily sales and preparing financial reports regularly. ● Accurately calculating the cost of each product, including the cost of raw materials, packaging, and any product-related costs. ● Analyzing the profit margin for each product and identifying the most profitable products. ● Preparing a report showing products with weak sales and products that are not selling well. ● Monitoring product performance by comparing sales, cost, and profitability weekly or monthly. ● Identifying products that are not profitable or are causing losses, and submitting appropriate recommendations. ● Monitoring inventory and raw materials, and matching dispensed quantities with actual sales. ● Detecting discrepancies, waste, or manipulation in materials and sales. ● Preparing clear reports to help management make decisions such as adjusting prices, offers, or discontinuing some products. ● Monitoring expenses and revenues and ensuring they are recorded correctly and regularly. Conditions: ● Experience in accounting, preferably in the restaurant or food industry. ● Experience in calculating product costs and analyzing sales and profitability. ● Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel. ● Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. ● Accuracy, honesty, commitment, and good conduct. ● Ability to analyze data and understand the reasons for weak sales of some products. ● Preferably, experience in monitoring inventory and operational costs.
