This role will oversee all operational, administrative, and commercial activities, lead teams, and develop production, sales, and marketing to achieve growth, efficiency, and profitability. Tasks and Responsibilities Comprehensive management and supervision of the factory's business and daily operations. Production planning, quality and productivity monitoring, and adherence to food safety standards. Employee management, work organization, and performance evaluation. Management and development of sales for corporate and wholesale (B2B) sectors, as well as individuals and retail (B2C). Preparation and execution of marketing and sales plans, and acquisition of new clients and supply contracts. Supervision of procurement, inventory, supply, and distribution. Monitoring expenses and operational costs, reducing waste, and improving profitability. Utilizing digital systems and modern technologies to develop operations and enhance efficiency. Preparation of periodic reports, monitoring performance indicators, and submitting them to senior management. Conditions and Qualifications At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in managing and operating bakeries or confectionery factories. Proven experience in production, operations, sales, and marketing management. Good familiarity with wholesale and retail markets and dealing with commercial clients. Proficiency in using computers, modern technologies, administrative software, inventory management systems, sales systems, Point of Sale (POS), and Excel. Ability to leverage digital systems and analytical tools to improve performance and make decisions. Experience in operational planning and cost and budget management. High leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and solve problems. A practical and initiative-driven personality, capable of taking responsibility and managing the factory's operations efficiently and independently.
