The project aims to provide specialized maintenance services for car washes by equipping: A maintenance vehicle And technical equipment And a workshop And providing the necessary operating capital to launch the activity. The founder will manage the project, operate it, market its services, and supervise the technicians, with the aim of building a customer base and expanding the scope of services in Jeddah and Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The agreement duration is three Gregorian years starting from the date of actual operation, and profits will be distributed quarterly according to actual financial results, after deducting expenses, operational obligations, and necessary reserves. The rights of the parties, asset ownership, exit mechanism, and final settlement will be determined by a written contract in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
