Job Announcement | Civil Engineer for Execution, Supervision, and Quantity Surveying The organization announces its need for a Civil Engineer to work in the city of Khamis Mushait and Ahd Al-Fid, with experience in following up on sites and projects, civil and architectural works, quantity surveying, dealing with electronic platforms, and familiarity with the construction and development of fuel stations. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Daily supervision of sites and follow-up of civil, architectural, and finishing works execution. * Reading blueprints, reviewing executed works, and ensuring compliance with specifications. * Quantity surveying and preparation of statements and technical reports. * Dealing with government platforms, supplier platforms, and projects, uploading documents, and following up on requests, invoices, and statements. * Following up on labor, contractors, materials, and daily site needs. * Coordination with the owner, consultant, and relevant authorities. * Monitoring quality, safety, and the schedule, and addressing observations and obstacles. * Taking responsibility for the site and following up on works until completion and handover. * Following up on fuel station works, including civil and architectural works, yards, and canopies, and coordinating with specialists in fuel and safety systems. * Professional work management, taking responsibility, and handling work pressures quickly and professionally with completion. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Practical experience in supervision, execution, and quantity surveying. * Familiarity with civil and architectural works, preferably with experience in fuel stations. * Proficiency in dealing with electronic platforms related to projects and suppliers. * Ability to read blueprints, prepare reports, and use engineering software. * Seriousness, discipline, good communication, and decision-making skills. * Ability to bear responsibility, work under pressure, and follow up on tasks until completion.
