Nissan Patrol Welcome everyone to the Patrol Mods Group, the group dedicated to Patrol owners who have modified their engines, whether LS or Lexus, and everything related to modifications, experiences, and mods. Our goal is to gather enthusiasts in one place to share expertise, exchange information and experiences, discuss modifications, problems, and solutions, and benefit from each other's experiences.
