تم الحصول على القميص مباشرة من اللاعب شيفشينكو بعد انتهاء المباراة في ملعب الأمير عبد الله الفيصل، حيث أهداه لوالدي الذي كان أحد رعاة نادي الاتحاد ( المتجر الوطني وكيل لوتو في المملكه )والحاضرين للقاء وتحدث معه شخصياً كمعجب.
القميص بحالته الأصلية من المباراة وتم حفظه بعناية فائقة طوال هذه السنوات دون غسيل للحفاظ على قيمته التاريخية وسمات المباراة (Match-Worn features). القطعة متوفرة للبيع لأعلى سوم، ونرحب بالجادين فقط.
