Ad Type: Looking for employee 🔷 Seeking a construction projects marketer on a commission basis. 🔹 Seeking an experienced individual in bringing in construction projects and contracts, with strong relationships with companies, contractors, and project owners in Jeddah and the Western Region. 🔹 Nature of Work: Marketing and bringing in new construction projects and contracts for the company, and coordinating with clients until contracts are signed. 🔹 Project Fields: * Construction and General Contracting Works. * Finishing and Renovation Works. * Electrical and Mechanical Works (MEP). * Air Conditioning and Ventilation Projects. * Infrastructure Projects and Various Contracting Works. 🔹 Salary: No fixed salary, commission-based work only. 🔹 Commission: Starts from 2% to 5% of the project value, depending on the project size, nature, and agreement. 🔹 Payment Mechanism: Commission will be paid after signing the contract and receiving the first payment directly from the client, as per agreement. 🔹 It is preferred that projects have a payment installment system to ensure regular financial flows. 🔹 Experience in marketing construction projects and the ability to reach decision-makers and project owners is required. 🔹 Work is available in Jeddah and the Western Region. 🔹 Full-time commitment is not required; the most important thing is the ability to bring in actual, executable projects. 📞 To Contact: Call or message via WhatsApp.
