💜💈 Request to Recruit a Professional Men's Barber – Binafsaj Barber Salon Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you, We wish to recruit a professional men's barber to work at Binafsaj Barber Salon – Dammam, and we hope you can nominate suitable candidates with the following qualifications: ✅ Basic Qualifications: * Age between 20 and 30 years. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in men's barbering. * Proficiency in scissors, clippers, fades, blending, and lining. * Skilled in dyeing white, silver, and platinum hair. * Skilled in keratin treatments, straightening, and hair extensions. * Skilled in skin cleansing, steaming, exfoliation, and waxing. * Skilled in children's haircuts and preparing grooms. * Maintains personal hygiene, sterilizes tools, and presents a good overall appearance. ✅ Desired Personality: * Cheerful, sociable, respectful, non-smoker. * Interacts with clients in a refined manner and gains their trust. * Uses polite language, refrains from cursing, raising voice, or arrogance. * Accepts guidance and feedback. * Able to upsell services without being pushy. * Can handle work pressure and has a desire for stability and development. ⭐ Additional Qualifications (Preferred): * Curly hair and braiding. * Documenting work with photos and videos. * Previous experience managing or owning a salon. * Possesses a sales mindset and team spirit. 💰 Salary and Benefits: * Salary: 1800 SAR per month during the first year, negotiable based on skill. * Incentives from branch net profits + monthly competitions and bonuses. * Free accommodation. * Free transportation between accommodation and work. * Health insurance. * Residency and work permit covered by the establishment. * Annual exit and re-entry visa once a year. * Wi-Fi available at the branch. * Weekly day off + 21 days paid annual leave. 🕒 Working Hours: From 12 PM to 12 AM with flexibility in coordination between the team and management.
