A clean and tidy room, preferably furnished, but unfurnished is also acceptable. Private bathroom for the room or studio, if possible. The accommodation is for one non-smoking person, quiet and maintains the cleanliness of the place. Preferably monthly rent, with clear rent value and all costs. Regarding the area, central Riyadh, the East, or any non-congested area is preferred.
