Date molasses is used in popular dishes or to preserve ghee, maintaining its flavor. (A tip from my mother / It is also used for pregnant sheep to prevent pregnancy toxemia. This is because sometimes some sheep carry twins, and one or the second might die due to toxemia. It's excellent, and I'm speaking from experience, and many people have tried it.)
