Hotel Manager Required – Dammam A highly experienced and competent Hotel Manager is required, with expertise in hotel management and operations. The candidate must be capable of establishing and organizing operational, administrative, and financial processes, leading the team, and achieving the highest levels of occupancy, revenue, and profitability. Conditions and Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in the hotel sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership or executive operational position. - Proven and documented experience in hotel management and operations. - Ability to prepare the hotel for opening, and to establish operational plans, systems, and procedures. - Experience in establishing departments, identifying staffing needs, and selecting and training employees. - Experience in managing reservations, pricing, online booking platforms, and increasing occupancy rates. - Ability to develop marketing plans, attract clients, and enter into agreements with companies. - Experience in preparing operational budgets, managing revenues and expenses, and improving profitability. - Knowledge of Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and hotel regulations and requirements in Saudi Arabia. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to plan and solve problems. - Proficiency in English. - Preference will be given to those who have previously prepared, opened, and operated hotels from scratch.
