مهندس تخطيط متخصص في عمل الجداول الزمنية و متابعة المشاريع - إعداد الجدول الزمني الرئيسي للمشروع. - إعداد الجدول الرئيسي المحدث. - إعداد الجداول الزمنية للخدمة الاستشارية. - إعداد الجداول الزمنية للمناقصات والرسومات المطلوبة ومقارنة الإنجازات الفعلية للمشروع مع المخطط لها بناءً على خط الأساس المعتمد. - مراقبة المشاريع وإعداد التقرير الشامل عن حالة المشاريع الجارية. - التنسيق الكامل مع مختلف التخصصات (فريق التصميم والعقود والمناقصات والبناء). - متابعة متطلبات العميل بناءً على نطاق العمل التعاقدي للمشاريع. - إعداد التدفق النقدي التفصيلي للمشروع، وتوقعات منحنى التقدم (الوقت والتكلفة) للمشروع. - إعداد تقارير التقدم الأسبوعية والشهرية ولوحات المعلومات. - متابعة حالة التصميم والتدفق المالي لتحقيق أهداف المشروع. - Planning engineer specialized in making time schedules and following up on projects - Preparing master schedule for the project. - Preparing updated master schedule. - Preparing time schedules for the consultancy service. - Preparing look ahead-schedules for the required tenders and drawings and comparing the actual project accomplishments with the planned based on the approved baseline. - Preparing tender time schedules for the proposed projects. - Monitoring the projects and preparing an overall report for the ongoing projects status. - Full coordination with different disciplines (Design, Contracts, Tendering & Construction Team). - Follow-up with the client requirement based on the contractual scope of work for the following projects - Preparing detailed project cash flow, progress S-curve (time & cost wise) forecasts for the project. - Preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports & dashboards. - Following up the design and tendering status to achieve the project objectives
