- خبرة سابقة في نفس المجال ومنصب المشرف ومسؤول المشتريات.
- الخبرة الكافية في إدارة الفرع والتعامل مع الموظفين.
- معرفة شاملة بأنواع المواد الغذائية والشركات المصنعة.
- مهارات تفاوض ممتازة وقدرة على بناء علاقات مع الموردين.
- مهارات إدارة الوقت والقدرة على التعامل مع الضغط.
- مهارات تحليل واستخدام أدوات الإحصاء والتقارير.

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Supervisor and Administrator to join our team in a food supermarket. Your main responsibility will be to manage procurement processes and ensure the provision of products of high quality and competitive prices.
**Job duties:**
- Estimating needs and developing procurement strategies.
- Negotiating with suppliers and signing contracts and agreements.
- Follow up on product inventory and ensure their permanent availability.
- Evaluating the quality of products and suppliers and working to improve it.
- Managing, directing and developing a team of employees.
- Follow up on the implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Analyzing data and preparing periodic reports on the department’s performance.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in the same field and the position of supervisor and purchasing officer.
- Sufficient experience in managing the branch and dealing with employees.
- Comprehensive knowledge of types of foodstuffs and manufacturers.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Time management skills and the ability to deal with pressure.
- Skills in analyzing and using statistical tools and reports.
