(صاحح البخاري 3318). Caring for cats is important. Prophet Muhammed (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, A woman entered the Hell because of a cat which she had tied, neither giving it food nor setting it free to eat from the vermin of the earth. (Sahih al-Bukhari 3318). قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم): "إنهم (القطط) ليسوا ناجسين، بل هم من الذين يتجولون بينكم (التوافينة". ' He said, 'The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “They (cats) are not naajis (impure), rather they are among those who go around among you (al-tawwaafeena 'alaykum).”
