مكتوب عليه (وقف بتاريخ 1314هـ (1896م)، باسم الحاج أمين بن نياز) ،
وهو يخص احد التكايا في المدينة المنورة خلال العهد العثماني.
التكية مكان يقدم فيه الأكل لزوار الحرم وطلبة العلم والفقراء ، وكان بالمدينة عدة تكايا تُدار تحت إشراف الأوقاف العثمانية.

A hand-hammered white-brass serving plate dated 1314 AH (1896 AD),
bearing an engraved waqf inscription in the name of Hajj Amin bin Niyaz,
indicating that it was dedicated to one of the Tekiyehs (Ottoman charitable lodges) in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
During the Ottoman era, Tekiyehs were charitable establishments founded near the Two Holy Mosques.
They provided free lodging, food, and care for travelers, pilgrims, students of knowledge, and the poor
funded through endowments made by generous donors from across the Islamic world.
Al-Madinah was known for its many Tekiyehs, such as those of the Egyptians, Afghans, and Turkestanis,
all managed under the supervision of the Ottoman Awqaf administration.
